Holly Anderson, Caregiver Services Coordinator for JFCS, has been a caregiver services coordinator for the Caregiver Connection since 2007. In this position, she assists with scheduling, recruiting and training caregivers. This program is for private pay clients.

As the Caregiver Services Coordinator, she is the first point of contact for clients and caregivers, and is responsible for recruiting, interviewing, screening, testing/verifying qualifications, and referring to clients. Holly performs daily tasks in accordance with the job description and assignments in compliance with the Pennsylvania Department of Health policies and procedures, as well as applicable standards of care and governmental laws and regulations .

Holly has worked in the human service field for over 25 years. She worked for seven years for ARC Westmoreland as a caregiver in a residential setting. She also worked at the Somerset Children’s Aide home as a youth care worker in a residential setting. During her career she also supervised resource coordinators in the Community Services Program for Persons with Physical Disabilities at the Three Rivers Center for Independent Living. In this position, she gained extensive knowledge of resources and advocacy issues concerning people with disabilities.

During her years as a caregiver and youth care worker, she attended classes in human services at Seton Hill University.
