Screening Our Caregivers

Screening Our Caregivers

Our process on screening our caregivers includes a list of requirements which needs to be updated yearly. The caregiver must also pass criminal background and child abuse clearance.

Two written reference letters from past employers help us maintain those who truly care about their profession. We only interview those who meet our requirements and they also must follow our standards of conduct.

We also ensure each caregiver signs a state ordered Caregiver’s Confidentiality Statement. This guarantees that all contact with the clients (including phone, in-person interviews, mail, etc) are considered confidential and will not be shared with any outside agency or person without the client’s permission.
