    1. There is always a communication between us at Caregiver Connection and the client and caregiver.
  2. We match the client up with the proper caregivers based on their wants and needs. We give you a list based on your wants and needs, and you get to decide and interview the caregivers – the client is involved and has a choice.
  3. 24 hour coverage
    1. There is always someone on call if there is a problem
  4. We have caregivers who will meet the needs, no matter what schedule is presented.
    1. This includes bath visits, meal preparations, laundry, shopping, managing bills, home maintenance, administering medication
  5. Our caregivers can drive clients
    1. The store, doctors appointments, errands, hair salons
  6. Safety
    1. Caregiver Connection screens and trains all caregivers. Each caregiver must be cleared by a doctor, have written letters of reference, yearly criminal background/child abuse check, competency test and 2-step Tuberculosis test. You can speak directly with the caregiver’s references/
  7. We are licensed by the state of Pennsylvania
  8. We have personal relationships with all of our clients – we offer support.
  9. Being a part of the JFCS, we have referrals from within and can connect you to therapists, support groups and resources within our organization.
  10. No contracts!
    1. Agencies require money up front – we have no contracts. The client is not bound to the caregiver, they can terminate at any time without penalty. We accept short or long term – a client can use us just once.
    2. Example: People coming into town for a few days, we can make sure you have help and can be flexible with your schedule.
