Aging parents, adults recuperating from surgery or illness, people living with disabilities – whether you need help for a few hours or full time – we serve adults with any number of different needs.

Security
We are licensed by the PA Department of Health and follow their standards. Our caregivers are fully screened with background and reference checks. We respect confidentiality; please read our privacy policy.
Dependability
We offer 24/7 back-up. And we’ll assist you with your caregiver needs and questions; you can call us any time.
Experience
We choose only caregivers who are experienced, have received relevant training and who take punctuality, appearance and work ethic very seriously. By signed agreement, they adhere to the highest standards of conduct on the job and off. Some of our caregivers have been with us for more than a decade!
Compassion
We are affiliated with Jewish Family and Community Services of Pittsburgh, a local trusted human service agency with the highest dedication to serving our community for 80 years.
Affordability
Caregiver salaries are directly negotiated with you, and they keep 100% of their wages. Our administrative fees are separate and very modest.
Options
Through Caregiver Connection’s affiliation with JFCS, additional services are available: care management and needs assessments by licensed social workers, counseling, and transportation or friendly home visits through AgeWell Pittsburgh.
Pricing
ADMINISTRATIVE FEE:
Hourly Rate:
$1.85 per hour (1-8 hours of care)
Daily Rate:
9-12 hours: $15/day
+12 hours: $18/day
Monthly invoice will reflect the number of daily service hours requested.
CAREGIVER SALARY:
Negotiated between the client and caregiver
